Unlock Younger, Firmer-Looking Skin with Radiofrequency Microneedling

Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling activates your body’s own healing response to effectively target pigmentation, scars, and aging skin. Looking for firmer, younger-looking skin while also addressing concerns like rosacea and sun damage? This powerhouse treatment might be just what the dermatologist ordered. It is one of the most popular and effective treatments options requested by our patients  at the Interior Dermatology Centre in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Benefits of Radio Frequency Microneedling

RF Microneedling can dramatically improve your skin’s tightness, texture and tone. By adding radio frequency energy/heat stimulation to microchannels created in the skin, RF Microneedling activates your body’s natural processes to produce collagen, elastin, and new skin cells. This cutting-edge technology selectively treats hyperpigmentation, signs of aging, and even hard-to-treat conditions like rosacea and melasma. It can also be an effective treatment for acne scarring, minimizing pores, stretch marks, and general skin laxity with virtually no downtime. Unlike other treatment systems, the Sylfirm X RF Microneedling system, can also be used around the eyes.

In 3-5 treatment sessions you can expect younger, firmer looking skin and a more even complexion. Because RF Microneedling targets pigment AND activates a healing response, it can simultaneously address numerous concerns, such as:

  • Skin laxity, including eyelids

  • Large pores & skin texture

  • Wrinkles or fine lines

  • Melasma

  • Rosacea/redness

  • Active acne & acne scars

  • Stretch marks

  • Scars

  • Sun Spots

  • Cellulite

  • Hair Loss

  • Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating)

  • Hidradenitis Suppurativa

POST TREATMENT CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

  • “Ashley did my RF treatment - she was very professional and did a wonderful job from start to finish. The treatment itself was quite comfortable (a little sensitive in some areas) and I have already noticed an improvement in my skin texture, fine lines, etc. Thanks Dr Burrows and Ashley, and the welcoming staff at IDC!”
